إسرائيل وتأثيرها المباشر على أمريكا والغرب
منذ نشوء إسرائيل على جسد فلسطين الممزق عام (1948)، والغرب لا يؤخر جهداً صغيراً كان أم كبيراً إلا وقدمه لليهود، دعماً مباشراً، وغير مباشر، مالياً، واقتصادياً، وثقافياً، واجتماعياً، وسياسياً، وكل ما يخطر على بال الجنس البشري من دعم يمكن تقديمه؛ لقد عملت أمريكا ومن قبلها بريطانيا والغرب على إبقاء إسرائيل الدولة الأقوى عسكرياً، المنتعشة اقتصادياً في كل الظروف والأحوال، بالرغم من الظروف الاقتصادية التي مرت على العالم.
دعمت بريطانيا الدولة اليهودية بالأسلحة العسكرية، وتنازلت عن كميات هائلة من المعدات والذخائر؛ يمكنها أن تسلح ثلاثة جيوش مجتمعة، عندما انسحبت من فلسطين قبل قيام الدولة الإسرائيلية بفترة بسيطة.
لقد بلغت المساعدات الأمريكية لإسرائيل منذ عام (1948) ولغاية (1952)، حوالي سبعة مليارات دولار، وهذا المبلغ يتجاوز قيمة المساعدات الأمريكية للشرق الأوسط بالكامل، وكانت المساعدات المالية لهذا الكيان المتعفن، بلغت (40) مليون دولار عام (1964)، و (70) مليون دولار عام (1965)، وارتفعت قيمة المساعدات في عهد جونسون الى (127) مليون دولار، لتصل الى (600) مليون دولار بعد انتصارها على العرب في حرب حزيران، وقيام أمريكا بالضغط على أوروبا لدعم الكيان الصهيوني، وكان الدعم مفتوحاً بالكامل في تلك الفترة التي انتعشت فيها إسرائيل على حساب الوطن العربي، إذ عملت أمريكا وبريطانيا على تقليل المساعدات ما أمكن على الدول العربية، ورفعت من قيمة المساعدات المالية، والاقتصادية، والعسكرية لإسرائيل.
أما المساعدات المقدمة لإسرائيل بعد فشلها في بعض الحروب ومن بينها معركة الكرامة، فقد حصلت إسرائيل على مساعدات مالية تقدر بنحو إثنين مليار ونصف المليار دولار، وبعد توقيع اتفاقية السلام مع مصر؛ وصلها من المساعدات حوالي أربعة مليارات ونصف المليار دولار، وخلال فترة الثمانينات؛ بلغت المساعدات الأمريكية لإسرائيل ما يساوي ما قدمته أمريكا لربع سكان العالم...!
نلاحظ أن الغرب منح إسرائيل مساعدات في حالات السلام، والحرب، والخسارة والنصر، أي في كل الحالات كان الغرب يدعم إسرائيل، بعكس الدعم المُقدم للعرب، لا يأتي إلا بناء على ما نقدمه من ذل، وركوع، وتنازلات لإسرائيل ولأمريكا...
ما نود أن نؤكده في هذا التقرير، أن المساعدات المطلقة، والدعم الأمركي والغربي المطلق، وعلى هذا النحو، أدى الى نتائج نفصلها على الشكل التالي:
أولاً: عدم اعتراف إسرائيل بحق الشعب الفلسطيني؛ بإقامة دولة، جعل من فتيل القنبلة مشتعلاً، والقنبلة قابلة للانفجار في أي وقت، بمعنى، أن صاعق التفجير في وضع غير آمن، وإسرائيل تستفز العرب كل يوم عشرات المرات، وترفض مجرد الاعتراف بحقوق ما زالت على الطاولة، إذ يمكن أن تعطيها لأصحابها وتعيش هذه الدولة المرعبة، بسلام إن أرادت أن تنهي حالة الصراع.
ثانياً: الدولة العبرية كانت وما زالت هدفاً لكل العمليات الحربية في الداخل والخارج، وأي عصابات تشكلت سابقاً أو يمكن تشكيلها لاحقاً، ستفكر فيما تفكر فيه باستهداف قواعد، ومستوطنات، ومعسكرات الجيش الإسرائيلي.
ثالثاً: تعتبر إسرائيل من الأهداف الثابتة لكل الدول العربية حتى لو كان هناك سلام واتفاقيات مبرمة مع إسرائيل، هذه الإتفاقيات لن ترحمها إن وقع المحظور، وتغيرت بعض الأنظمة، وجاءت حكومات وقيادات يمكن أن تطالب بتحرير فلسطين، أو وقف التعامل مع العدو الصهيوني، وإلغاء كل المعاهدات التي كانت في صالح إسرائيل وحدها، والعمل بمبدأ الحرب الباردة، وعندها من يستطيع أن يمنع قيام منظمات مسلحة هدفها ضرب المستوطنات، وقواعد الجيش الإسرائيلي، من المؤكد أننا لن ننسى حزب الله كتنظيم مسلح، يمكن أن يغري قيام تنظيمات مسلحة، وعملية الحصول على سلاح تُعد في هذا الزمن من أسهل العمليات على الإطلاق، القبائل اليمنية وحدها يمكنها تسليح أكبر الجيوش العربية.
رابعاً: الدعم المطلق من أمريكا والغرب لإسرائيل خلق حالات من الكره الشديد للغرب، وبسبب هذا الكره الشديد وعدم قدرة الجيوش العربية على ردع أمريكا أو بريطانيا عسكرياً، كان الإنتقام يأتي على شكل زخات من الصواريخ تمطرها الجيوش والمنظمات العربية والإسلامية على رأس الكيان الصهيوني، وكلما تمادى الغرب في إذلال العرب والمسلمين كلما كان الكيان الصهيوني من الأهداف الرئيسية لرد الإهانة للغرب، وأكيد لن ننسى صواريخ العراق، وحزب الله، والمنظمات، تلك الصواريخ التي نزلت على الكيان الصهيوني فأرعبته واضطرته الى أن يختفي ويختبىء تحت الأرض.
طبعاً أنا لم أتحدث عن الحركات المسلحة التي ظهرت عبر تاريخ الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، ولم أذكر الحروب التي دارت على الأرض الفلسطينية، والأردنية، والسورية، واللبنانية، والمصرية، وحروب الاستنزاف، وغيرها من عمليات، لأنها نتاج طبيعي لوجود دولة معتدية محتلة لأرض فلسطينية، ترفض إعادتها لأصحابها، وترفض في ذات الوقت أن تسمح بوجود دولة الى جانبها تكون قابلة للحياة، بالرغم من وجود سلطة فلسطينية يمكن اعتبارها شبه دولة أو دولة فلسطينية مع وقف التنفيذ...
